"First I must stress that our driver was efficient and pleasant – no problems with him. My complaints concern the ability to contact you. Our train was delayed and I rang every number on your emails, each time to be either put on hold with Muzak that never ended. I hung on for 10 minutes at a time but never got through to anyone. When I was texted to say our taxi was at the station in Par and we were still 20 minutes away I was pleased to be given a contact number for the driver. But when I called that I was put through to recorded info about CMAC Flight Delay Services & Airline Disruption Management with an experienced team ready to help. Not even then could I speak to anyone. I'd suggest that an experienced taxi management team would have been more useful. We know taxis are in short supply around school travel times and were anxious that the driver would have gone. Luckily he was there. When we got to Fowey the driver quoted us £15 but I explained that I had already paid online so he was content. But the online fee I paid was £20. Why the discrepancy? I won't be using this online booking service again."
